How does it work?
By setting up a straightforward link, our two systems will essentially be able to ‘talk’ to each other. There are a number of benefits of ICONnect. For example, you won’t need to sign in to use ICON every time - that will happen automatically. And some of the information we need in order to quote, or to issue your policy, is automatically passed over to ICON directly from your case management system, saving you the need to enter it.
In addition to that, once the quote is complete, the quote and draft policy documentation, along with the premium figure, are transferred seamlessly back into your system. All of which saves your conveyancing team time and helps to streamline your processes.
Unlike other providers, our version of integration doesn’t just give you a pale imitation of our quote system, offering only a limited number of standard policies. By integrating with Isis and using ICONnect, you still get the full functionality of ICON.
